    My First Hot

Hey everyone. Thought I'd share with you guys my first true hot. An Albino Crotalus atrox.

Super excited to have him. He's definitely a stunning example of the species. He shall do well as my first locked and loaded snake lol.

Very nice animal! Now, since you said he was your first, out of curiosity do you have anyone experienced training you or helping out at all?

    Re: My First Hot

I do have a friend, and business partner for the retics, that has raised and bred several crotalus species for decades. He has had Crotalus scutulatus, lepidus, mitchellii, atrox, adamanteus, ruber, and one species of Sistrurus, and possibly a few others I have forgotten.

Realistically unless I have to force feed, tube, fix a hemipene, impaction etc etc it should be too hard or dangerous. I have safety protocols in place already, and don't do anything to show off, or unnecessary.

If I wanna be a showoff we have a 20' retic lol.
