    Getting this Computerized...



    i tried painting over lines and coloring in gimp but it keeps coming out messy and pixelated.. I need proffessional help!

    Vector is the way to go. Not familiar with gimp, but its all Raster right?

    Yes, GIMP is all raster. You can do paths which are similar to vector drawing, but I don't believe they get saved with the image file. I haven't gotten around to checking it out yet, but Inkscape is a free vector drawing program that I've heard good things about.
