    That painting is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!

I have 3 scanners...if you want one let me know...

    Re: Baby mojave painting

Thanks for the comments. I had a lot of fun with this one, and have plans to do some more herp paintings. I just need to get them started before my motivation runs thin and I move on to another hobby.

Thanks, Lena. What do you want for a scanner? I just got a large format inkjet, so I definitely need to get a scanner to make some prints of these.

I shot you a PM about the scanner(s).

I have so much extra computer stuff - I'd be happy if you just took it off my hands The extra storage space I'd gain would be enough for me

    Nice work!

You know, the first two pics you posted would actually make a real nice black & white or gray tattoo.

That's an amazing painting. What was the painting done on? How big is it?

Thanks, but a grayscale version of the finished painting would look better as a tattoo.

Thanks, it's acrylic paints on 8 1/2 x 11 100# Cougar matte. I picked up a few more canvases for my next herp paintings. I'm thinking about trying tempera paints for some more vivid animals, like that artist at the bigger shows uses (does anyone know his name?). His work is awesome, and the temperas really do things like panther chameleons justice wih their crazy colors.
