    Been doing some painting

I've been doing some more painting with acrylics lately and I thought I'd share some of the family friendly stuff.

    My American Bulldog, Avalon

    My Rott/Beagle, Thor

    Capt. Spaulding

    Obama - Work In Progress

I paint a lot of naked chicks, so I can't share the rest. I use a mask and spraypaint to do most of my backgrounds. It lets me do smooth gradients, and it's fast. Let me know what you all think. I'm planning to do a ball python next, then a series of serial killers.
What are these mojavas I keep hearing so much about?

I didn't realize you were THAT talented! I have to admit that last one is my favorite Both paintings of your dogs are stunning!

Do you ever sell your work? That last one would look great in the bar in my basement

Thanks Lena. I've never sold my paintings, but I'm doing enough lately where I have been thinking about finding a gallery. I'm planning to start looking for one as I near the end of my serial killers series.

Thanks Looda, the bulldog was very difficult to get the perspective right on. I didn't think I'd be able to pull it off until I was almost finished with the shading and it actually started looking like a dog and not a dog's head on a rat's body. The fact that he's solid white made it difficult to paint without it looking very cartoony.

I wrote in Ron Paul. I never vote for CFR or Trilateral members. I did a similar painting of George W. a couple of years ago.

    Re: Been doing some painting

Wow that Capt Spaulding is AMAZING, one of my all time favorite movie heros. I also really enjoy the Obama painting, I love almost all sacreligious iconographic paintings. What serial killers do you have planned for that series? I don't know if you're a horror fan in general but have you ever thought of doing any other horror characters like Pinhead or Michael Myers? Thanks a lot for sharing.
