    Big spider

There was this huge spider in my bathroom. I was told it might be a huntsman, I just know it was creepy!!
It's not dead, and I put it outside, after shooing it's creepy self into a box.

    I'm so envious. :-D

Here is a Wiki about the Huntsman, it looks like they are native to Australia but have been found in FL.

I personally think it's a "Brown Creepy Spider Who Should Stay Out of Wolfy's House".
I didn't even think about the title! Sorry bout that!! LOL.

That would have been a great one for my collection as a kid. Mom used to have a fit over my jars of spiders.

    Re: Big spider

huntsmen are pretty harmless, i'm glad you didn't kill it!
huntsmen are found in so many places places, there are so many differnt kinds.. they're actually really neat spiders, i've always loved them.

we have 2 that i know of here in the southwest..
i don't have an id for this one but it was HUGE

and this one is an Olios giganteus
