If we was to stay the same, I would agree, that's a great name. But as time passes he'll get almost solid black!

I like Obsidian too, but I'm thinkin more along the lines of a simpler 2 syllable name. Other names I came up with were Onyx, Ink, Jet Black (call him jet) and shadow.... lol

How about Midnight,twilight or dusk because he does have a grayish black on his sides , but those are just some ideas.
