This Wensday( the 11th) I ordered lots of mice and rats, for incomeing and owned snakes, around 300 rodents. It arrived next day, shocked, my rodent pro order came in a week later. They vacum seal all there frozen rodents, for freshness. Defanatly better than just thrown in a bag rodents! When i arrived home and saw the package on the front door, I didnt think that it was my rodents, because my previous order from rodent pro, they used a huge box for 100 rat pinks and 100 mice pinks. But it was, they fit 50 mice pinkies, 50 fuzzies mice, 50 hopper mice, 50 small mice, and 25 rat pups and 20 weaned rats, and 5 KGs(10 lbs!!) of dry ice in this 1x1x1 box!! And not any of the dry ice touched the food. Unlike my rodent pro order. Big thumbs up for BCR! I fed my snakes last night, and i had very happy snakes!They have found a new customer.
I just got in a shipment form Big Cheese and it was AWESOME. Very well packed and all around great service from them. One hint though, DONT touch the dry ice that comes in the package!!
I got a shipment from Big Cheese a few weeks ago and I've been meaning to give them props. I only ordered 25 jumbo mice from them--as I don't have room for lots of mice for my 1 BP--but they still treated me just as nicely as a bigger-order customer. Even with the cost of shipping, the mice were cheaper per each mouse than buying elsewhere and the packaging was NICE. They got to me frozen solid and vacuum-sealed. The mice inside are nice and fat, and don't look sickly (as PetCo's frozen mice do *shudder). I'd recommend them any day of the week!
Thats great to hear. Although I emailed them twice and they never got back to me. The second email request I even sent it to myself. Oh well, maybe next time.
