I have no idea. I never saw anywhere on the site where it said it was going to authorize my card but it did 2 times, each for $10.

They make sue it is a valid card. The funds will be back on there in usually 3-4 days. My moms certification papers came in the mail today and she signed them and overnighted them back to her rep. The rep gets a copy, the legal dept. gets one and so does my mom. So hopefully by friday we will be certified if not monday!
