What will I get if i breed a normal male ball python to a female 100% het piebald?

a 50% het piebald. that means that the offspring have a 50% percent chance of being het for piebald

Keep in mind it would be a real waste of a valuable adult het pied female to breed her to a normal and not at least a $250 het pied male and have a shot at $3-$5K pieds. Generally lop sided breedings are the other way around where the pairing only represents a small percentage of the valuable male's annual breeding potential.

If you are trying to produce piedballs doing this breeding will be a waste of your time.You will have to keep back all the males and breed them back to the mother in order to see if any hold the pied gene.This of course will take several years.Since you allready have a 100% het female buy a 100% het male as the males are cheap compared to the females.I hope this explaines everything .

$175 to $350 for het. male pieds....and $1300-$1500 for het. female pieds.

I thought you allready had the 100% het pied female.You can expect to pay around $1400 and up for a pair of 100% het pieds.Check www.kingsnake.com out.I have a friend who i think might have some 100% het pied pairs,RUSTY DAVIS AKA RUSTYS BALLS.He is on kingsnake also and he is a person you can trust with no problems before or after the sell.Let us know if you pick up a pair or not.

no, i dont have any piebalds yet, i will prob buy a male because I dont have the money for a female
