Switching from PK to FT + other feeding problem

    Hey guys!

I've finally got my two older adult BPs to start eating pre killed rats instead of live. Now my question is, where do I go from here to get them on frozen thawed? After 6 weeks of them eating pre killed, I've been offering FT every feeding first and when they don't take that, I give them a pre killed rat instead because I don't want them to go hungry. Should I stop giving them the pre killed rat and just let them go hungry if they refuse the FT rat? They'd eat it eventually, right?

Also, one of my other BPs just got her FT rat halfway down, then gave up halfway and spat it back out. I've never had anybody do that before... any idea why? Rat was fully thawed then heated up with a blow dryer like always. Video of her chomping on it:

Then a minute later she was like this:

She weighs ~650g, rat was about 80g.

Maybe it's too big? My girl is 1300+g and eats 100g to 120g rats.
