    Lot of species have crazy feeding responses and would literally eat themselves to death if you let them. My sayi are about the same with how they'll launch out at me. Same for the aspidites once they hit about a year old and their mega feeding response really takes over. Difference with aspidites is they don't stop coming until they latch and they aren't picky about what they try and eat - be it rodent, fish, quail, tongs, or my hand.

    That's hilarious! I wish my hoggie was such a good feeder. She will not take food off tongs at all.
