Newbie owner : 4 mice no poop

I got my first pet snake, a ball python a month ago. The shop i got him from did not know its exact age or sex but it seems to be less then a year old. The shop said he was feed earlier the day I purchased him. I left him alone to adjust to its new home for a week. On the 7th day I fed him a small mouse with no problems. The next day it passed some urine but no poop.i have fed him 3 times now and it has been a month since I took it home with no poop. SHOULD I BE WORRIED?!?!?! It does not appear to be bloated just a small lump after I feed then returns to normal after a day or two. So it has eaten 4 small mice with out pooping once. Should I continue feeding every 7 days or wait till it leaves me a suprise. My tank has all the right conditions, 85 degree hot side, 90 degree basking spot, 75 degree cool side, 50-60% humidity and a hide on each side. Anyone had a simular experience or advice for a new python enthusiasts feel free to chime in. He also began the shedding process last week with dull skim and milky eyes, it's been 6 days and its eye are clear again so i expect him to lose its skin any day now.

Nothing to worry about. Some of mine like to save up until they shed. I'd bet money that when he sheds he's going to have you wondering how you're ever going to clean up. Just make sure your humidity is 70% for the shed and you should be fine.

Yeah I upped the humidity this week. Here is a pic of its enclosure, I know it's huge for a young BP but it's all I have I so cluttered it up and it seems to have to problem with stress and seems perfectly normal other the the lack of poop.

He looks huge in all these pictures but he is only about 15-20inchs long.

Is that an analog thermometer on the wall? Those can be inaccurate. I would get a digital. Plus, you need the temperature of where the snake is, not the top of the cage. And what's the thing with the skull in it?

I upgraded to a digital thermometer the analog was inaccurate. That is a tank full of water the skull is in. He sits on top of the skull and drinks, sometime he dips down into the water. He hangs from the hammock and drinks/hangs half his body under water.

Just make sure it's not something he can tip over as he gets bigger as that would be a giant mess! Most people use these crock dishes or the zoo med or exo terra water dishes because those are heavy with the weight concentrated on the bottom, almost impossible to spill.
