That's a pretty little albino!
I don't own any albinos so I'm not sure, but I imagine the typical "going into shed" color change is hard to see on them. So if you miss when they're in blue (usually 3-4 days for mine), you can easily get surprised by a shed.

you can soak her in a bit of water for a short period of time, that loosens the excess shed
