Herpstat Intro+ or Herpstat 1 basic or VE 200d?

Out of those 3, which do you think is best for running heat tape only? I already got a Herpstat 1 which runs my RHP so I'd be familiar with the Herpstat 1 basic but I have no experience using the Intro+ or VE 200D. The Herpstat 1 basic has the desktop case which is nice but no safety relay while the Herpstat Intro+ has the relay but looks like its more set up to mount into a frame. The VE 200D looks nice AND has the safety relay but like I said, I have never used VE so im more concerned with how accurate and reliable they are.

And before people say just step up to Herpstat 1, this is only gonna be used to run heat tape on a single cage. I mean I could probably just spend $35 and buy a Hydrofarm on/off thermostat but again, I want something that is accurate.

I run everything on herpstat to I tend to recommend those, I have a VE but still prefer my herpstats over it.

As far as which herpstat, it depend mainly on the power output you need since you will just need it for a single cage the intro will be way more than enough.

350 Watts Output Power for the intro

700 total watt output for the Herpstat 1

Thanks Deborah. As far as Intro vs Intro+, pretty much no brainer for the Intro+ for the safety relay im guessing? And yeah if for some odd reason I actually need more power, my Herpstat 1 is only running a single Pro Products PH3 65 watt RHP so I could switch.
