    Blind Scorpion?

So I put a second scorpion into my tank with my other and they got into a fight. The one who lost I believe is now blind. Got stung in the eyes or something.

    Re: Blind Scorpion?

    1) Stop annoying your scorpion.

Their eyes aren't very good and they have quite a few of them anyway so it is extremely unlikely he is blind from an attack and he probably would be fine anyway.

They do most of their hunting and sensing using the pectines ( the comb like structure underneath ) and the vibration sensing hairs all over their body.

When you bang on the rock like that the whole rock will be sending out vibrations through the glass bottom of the tank - and when you wave it in the air he will sense the small changes in air current as well as those caused by the sound of it.

Bottom line leave the poor thing alone to settle in and get used to the new enclosure.
