    Paperwork for hets...

I have a question. What do you guys include with paperwork for hets?

Pairing was albino x het albino so I have 100% hets

Do I need to find pics of the snakes locking, her laying, and somehow guarantee that these snakes came from those eggs or do I just say "the snake below is gauranteed 100% het albino" and put a pic?

    Help!

I am not a breeder, but I absolutely love what my BCA's breeder provided with him. He provided a feeding chart and all of the usual pertinent info (snake species, parents, hatch date, etc.) At the top of the page were pics of both parents and the snake I purchased.

If I was to buy a het, I would want pics / info of the parents, hatch date of the clutch, etc. But also a pic to ID that specific snake. This will also protect you if someone claims you did not sell them a het (but is using a different snake than the one you sold them as "proof").

A statement on the same paperwork that states that it is 100% het with your signature would also go a long way.
    Currently keeping:
    1.0 BCA 1.0 BCI
    1.0 CA BCI 1.1 BCLs
    0.1 BRB 1.2 KSBs
    1.0 Carpet 0.5 BPs
    0.2 cresteds 1.2 gargs
    1.0 Leachie 0.0.1 BTS

The genetic guarantees I have received show pics of both parents, along with a picture of the animal I have. It also includes both the DOB and the clutch number from the breeder. The wording goes something like "This serves as a genetic guarantee that the animal in the image below is a [sex] [morph] ball python, captive bred at [breeder]." Last, but not least, the guarantee is signed by the breeder. This particular breeder also has clutch pictures available online, so that helps back up the guarantee.

When buying/selling hets, you can't possibly have too much information or have too good of a reputation.

    Re: Paperwork for hets...

Thanks y'all. So I'll just include as much as I can and my name signed with a written guarantee sounds like it'll make it all the way official.
    Appreciate it !
