    Yea I know. While drawing up the plans ihad entertained using melamine for the sides. I decided I liked the finished look and the fact that I would never have to worry about the moisture and the wear and tear. If I had multiple racks to build I may have given it more consideration. Also, the pied male I got from you a while back is doing great. I'll have to get some pics up soon

    Great build! Very professional looking. I love when people are so specific with materials and pictures. Even if the plan isn't copied exactly (or even at all), it sparks tons of ideas to work with. Thanks :-) .

    Great write-up, thanks!

    I see that XPVC is superior b/c of moisture. How long before moisture becomes a problem with the common hardboard/whiteboard tops?

    Also, coreydelong - Is there a design online described that closely matches yours or that you recommend?
