Just use hot water. No need to use soap unless very dirty...

As far as reptisafe if you only have 1 snake, feel free to use, I did, BUT as collection grew iv just used tap water, and they are fine.

Just regular old dishwashing soap works fine, make sure you get it rinsed good. I buy great value drinking water. You can get it in gallon jugs at Wally World. I have heard to avoid the distilled water, as it does filter out some of the necessary nutrients they need, and I also avoid regular tap water as it has all kinds of junk in it...

I clean all my water bowls with dish soap & water especially since all the water bowls I use are actual dishes.

Mine go in the dishwasher, I have plenty of spares so a dirty bowl just gets swapped with a clean one.

I use hydrogen peroxide for all my disinfectant needs. Water bowls, cages, hides and snakes who've crawled through their own mess.

I use Natural Chemistry's Healthy Habitat. Works well for all my cleaning and disinfecting.
