My clutch - with a Lesser Fire Pastel Spider

    Hey fellow ball breeders/keepers!

The first clutch of this year for me just hatched yesterday. Here is the information:

    Sire: Fire Bee
Dame: Lesser het Recessive Banded (Corey Woods Line)

Please help me see if I am correct in identifying them and more information.

As you can see, there are two on the top row (second and third from left) are Queen Bees.

Now, there is one (second from left bottom row), which looks like the Queen Bee, but the dark parts are much lighter. I have taken the photo with both flash and no flash and it doesn't seem to show up well in the pic, but it should suffice.

    1) I am pretty sure but due to this being the first time I bred anything with the fire gene, which can be subtle in its effects, I would like to confirm that that one is a "Lesser Fire Pastel Spider". If I am indeed correct, does anyone know if it has been made before WITH LESSER? I can not find any reference to it on WOBP or anywhere else.

    2) I know that Mike Wilbanks made the Nuclear Bee which is "Butter Fire Pastel Spider". Now the lesser/butter debate has been done over and over again, but since there are many morphs which have different names for the butter/lesser versions (e.g. Kingpin Pastel vs. Butter Emperor Pinstripe), and if no one has made this one before with a lesser, then I guess I can give it a name, and let the debate go on.

    3) The dame is het recessive banded (Corey Woods line). Now I understand that the het version is actually visual, just not enough different to be considered co-dom? Can anyone (perhaps Corey himself) can tell me how to tell if they are het banded or not?

By the way, if anyone wants to confirm my identity of the other snakes too, please do so. Thank you!

Please do forgive me if I got any info wrong.

    Anyway, here are the pictures:

Gorgeous babies. Love the Fire Lesser Pastel. Looks like you hit almost every combo except a single gene fire or normal. Thanks for sharing.

This is a gorgeous clutch!! I'm not sure what each of the babies are, but after they shed it should be easier to ID them but it's funny because next year I'll be doing kinda the same pairing Bumble bee x Butter Fire I hope my odds are as good as yours

Granted my experience with fire is limited, but I'll just about guarantee that baby is just what you think it is.

I suppose you could name it if you wanted. Personally, I think I;d refer to it as a Lesser Nuclear Bee. Much like they do with a few other combos, to let people know what it is made with.

Fantastic clutch by the way. I'd go crazy if I ever hatched anything that looked like those.
