    A felon if you cross state lines too. Now there's some judgment. I can think of a lot worse things, that do more harm to more people, and have less penalty.

    Being these ARE/WERE your pets and moving them from one dwelling to your next residence to be under your continued care is about as much of a crime as blowing bubbles in the dark.

    I couldn't imagine leaving my little granite girl behind if I moved. She's only been with me for a couple of weeks but she's just the most wonderful snake I own. I'm so sorry you had to leave those absolutely gorgeous animals behind. The lacey act needs to be stopped.
