    My first EGGS!!!

    Mojave X dinker spider

    Here's some stats for those interested!

    1-29-14 put together first time
    1-30-14 lock
    2-10-14 lock
    2-17-14 lock
    2-24-14 lock
    3-06-14 lock
    3-16-14 lock
    3-28-14 ovulation
    4-12-14 pre lay shed
    5-14-14 laying inverted
    5-22-14 eggs

    and now for the eggs....please excuse the mess in her tub!



    5 big healthy eggs weighing in at 482g, averaging 96.4g per egg.
    This is her first clutch, she is a 2011 who weighed 1536g a few days before her ovulation. Post lay weight is 928g (wow that took a lot out of her!)
    Using a substrate-less method - just water and egg grates
    Females: 0.1 fire; 0.1 sugar; 0.1 GHI; 0.1 pinstripe het desert ghost; 0.1 mojave spider; 0.2 mojave; 0.1 black pewter blast; 0.1 leopard pied; 0.1 champagne; 0.1 pied; 0.1 super pastel lesser; 0.1 pewter; 0.1 spider het pied, 0.1 bumblebee; 0.1 lesser; 0.1 spider; 0.1 normal; 0.3 het pied
    Males: 1.0 het desert ghost; 1.0 pastel pied; 1.0 leopard; 1.0 black pastel; 1.0 enchi; 1.0 mojave; 1.0 cinnamon; 1.0 pied; 1.0 vanilla

    Other species: 1.0.3 pacman frogs (sunkissed, super apricot, super blue, super lime green); 0.2 crested gecko; 1.0 hypo hog island boa; 0.1 normal boa; 1.0 rottweiler; 1.0 chihuahua

    She was sold to me as a normal spider for $150 + a nice exo terra cage and male harly crested gecko. I eventually came into contact with the seller (local). The person they bought her from claimed to have bred her and that she was a normal spider. But no one knows their contact info to be able to get more info. I'm hoping she's got something extra in there!

    Thanks =) I love her! She didn't even try to bite while I took her off her eggs. Just for eye candy sake here is a pic of her in the middle of breeding season, shows her color and pattern well

    That is currently the largest consensus on what she is =) second is stinger bee, 3rd is something that may or may not be genetic causing reduced pattern and lightening/brightening her color
