hog updates
Just thought Id get back to shooting the Herps and posting more again. Hognose season started about 4 weeks ago for me and I'm getting close to egg watch with 2 albino girls Gravid and showing me some nice bulk. While I didn't pull the preggo albino out for a shoot. I did grab the normal girl who didn't go this season and snapped a nice shot to share.
And the albino girl in her tub she's around 450 grams
All a my girls were sired this year by my yellow albino male so proud.
Happy hibernation and breeding season

They are a hoot, fun to breed, easy to keep, and they are unique enough that many people will enjoy them. They have a few morphs, but that keeps things interesting since its on the rise. They are SO cheap to feed. Only thing is, the poop smells dreadful, and you need to cool them in the winter, but that's not too hard to handle :-)

Nice hoggies! If you don't breed it's not really necessary to cool them, right?
