    Bling Yellowbelly and orangebelly question

Bling yellowbelly the most expensive type. Is it worth it? Any one done a comparison?
Same question about the orangebelly. Anyone work with this one? Does it throw the same results as yellowbelly?
It is my understanding for example OB x OB = graphite.
    graphite to YB=ultra ivory.
Ultra ivory x normal=YB and OB so it would be what Kevin at nerd calls acts like super.
This is my theory have not done the leg work. Has anyone proved this out?
if this is true it means the orangebelly is not a yellowbelly. For example lesser, butter complex.

Bling YB is from NERD and therefore more expensive. If your lucky it will be a "Fader" and even cost more. I have seen other non-Bling YBs at 1/3 the price that look just as nice. NERD has some awesome stuff, but sometimes their pricing seems a little out of whack. To each his own, and if folks are paying it then so be it.

I do not know too much about the OB, my impression was that it was just another line of YB.

    Bling Yellowbelly and orangebelly question

I think you just need to look around for a sexy yellow belly. I was very picky about mine and I finally found this gal this year and I was blown away.

I don't know what line she is but I think she is awesome. SnakesRkewl has his own line and IMHO are much nicer than the bling yellowbellies.
NERD is like other big brand name company's in my opinion. You pay a lot more for the name. Are his yellow bellys different than the next guys? I really don't know but you can find nice ones anywhere. You just gotta kick some tires first. Good luck!

Bling, Orange Belly, Goblin are different line of YB and are compatible with one another.

The OB X OB pairing has the possibility to yield Ultra Ivories and Graphite Ivories, the gene is still not fully understood, Ben had a few theories not sure if any has proved out.

    I work with OB http://ball-pythons.net/forums/showt...7-Orange-Belly

don't use that term, I have no idea why he felt the need to create a new term, which in itself is wrong because super doesn't even have a definition everyone agrees on.

it's call allelic or on the same locus

I mean nerd has some crazy yellowbelly stuff and fader stuff that looks nothing like normal yb combos. Maybe theres something to it maybe not but theres definitely something going on different with there stuff.

I am on the fence about all of that. I am in the camp that thinks Fader is line breeding, but that is a whole other conversation.

Example is that in the new video Kevin was showing the Inferno Bling YB Fader, which look pretty much just like my regular Fire YB. He specifically pointed out the blushing that went all the way around the back as a marker for Fader. Mine has this in a few spots. Mine is not a Fader, just a very very nice example of the combo. Thus, great examples can be found elsewhere if you are willing to look. I would hate to see the price on the Inferno Bling YB Fader, but I paid about $900 for my Fire YB and would put him up against it any time.

I agree and apologize. Down with the flu and just finished watching Kevin's videos. It imprinted on my mushy brain. LOL.

I didn't push the right buttons. This is meant in response to using the ALS term.
