    Sick ASF

I just got a second breeding group yesterday, they are in the same rack as my 'established' group, one of them seems like it might be sick, sneezing a little bit, I had this happen with my first breeding group and all but one died, and I fed off the last. My question is is there something I can do short of taking them all to a vet? Maybe putting something in the water or something? Any suggestions would be great, thank you!

Not exactly sure what it is, but I know that its not the problem, people keep reptiles on it and my breeder keeps all his mice, rats and ASF on it, its Lignocel JRS is the company, its a German company. I have been keeping all my rats and mice on it no problem, I just think I got some sick ASF's the first time, the second group I got had no issues at all and have already had one litter, although the mom let them die, Ive had them on it for a few months, its the new ones I just got I noticed sniffiling on one again.

I believe the point Spitzu was trying to make was alot of rodents sneeze some on new bedding. And if you are using pine shavings, in my experience, they sneeze a lot!!

I suppose that is a possibility, I was just concerned because of the issue I had with my first colony. One was sneezing, and I hoped it would go away, then next thing I know she was dead, then the next about a week later, and so on and so forth.... Idk what caused it. The second colony I bought is doing great, no issues. But this newest when I heard one sneeze I got scared because of my first experience and that my established colony could get sick.

I have 2 rats that make a lot of noise all the time!! Whether it is sneezing, squealing or snoring!!! We keep ours on Aspen bedding, I tried other products but always lean back towards the Aspen for some reason.

One of the females just died. I also just realized a stupid thing I did.... Their water bottle was on a weird angle so It was not working correctly, now IDK if this is why she died, I just got them yesterday, but the other three drank like crazy once I fixed it....
