    License to sell?

Do you have to get a license or permit to sell reptiles? Like at reptile shows or to reptile stores? I live in oklahoma if that matters. Thanks!

It varies greatly from state to state. Here in Florida it requires a class 3 wildlife license. Check your states fish and wildlife website, that would be the best place to start your search.

Shows have to follow the state regulations and might even have some regulations of their own so it will vary from show to show and by location as well.

I don't think Oklahoma requires a license, but you should check with your state Department of Game and Wildlife, or similar agency. Another route would be to find a breeder and ask them, but your primary source for that kind of information should be directly from your state government. You may also need to check with your county and city agencies. Some localities also have some restrictions. Sorry I couldn't help more.
