How much of the $250K have you collected?

Have you procured the service of a legal counselor yet? If so, who is it?

If you collect the $250K and decide NOT to pursue the lawsuit, will we get our donations back?

I thought, that from your previous posts, that the FWS was so sloppy and their position so untenable, that this challenge should be a no brainer. However, after reading your mass forum posting, I am confused........

An update would help. Actually, an update is owed to everyone who has donated. There are a lot of people here who are breathlessly waiting for an update.......before you put out a call for more dinero, perhaps you should post that update............

Actually, I want my donation to go to the 'other stuff', because I don't want them to stop fighting all the other bad legislation while dealing with the lacey act shenanigans. I want that legal battle to succeed, but I don't own any of the 4, so, I want to be sure that nothing else comes along in the meantime that threatens MY animals.
