There is a young girl that has a Kenyan sand boa she is wanting to get rid of. It has been in the garage since her mom doesn't like snakes with flexwatt and dimmer is my guess. I'm worried it might have some sort of health issue so I'm lerry about taking it. I assume RI's look the same in every snake? Anything i should look for? I have been trying to do as much research as i can, but i still feel unprepaired. I'm supposed to go see/take it tonight.

Is this the Kenyan from Craigslist? If so I talked to this girl about buying it and she told me it would get up to thirty feet long. I informed her she was very wrong and she then proceeded to call me a breeder who was only in it for the money. Long story short, I didn't buy the snake.

I'm guessing so. I don't know anything about it, size, color, nothing. I don't even know if it's really a sand boa. She knows i'm a breeder, but didn't say anything about it. And wow...that's pretty bad that she thinks it's a big snake.
Does she have it listed for 200? When I was looking at it she wanted 200 for it and said its worth that price because it is sexed and "it is for shure a femail". She sent me pictures of it and it was a normal and had some stuck shed. If you bought it, you would be rescuing it from a bad home.

Oh wow no, she told me $25 for everything so i took it. I don't know how i missed that ad.
I got pictures for you Mike! I think their faces are adorable! I really want to get an anery next!
I'd say she looks healthy, maybe a little thin.
Sorry my camera sucks with moving objects
I love her little head poking out of the sand! (I sure hope sand is safe for these guys, I kept reading that it was fine, so I'm going to hope so). I will hopefully have her moved into the nice cage soon.

Aww, she is adorable! I, too, think KSBs have the cutest little faces. Great pickup! Sorry I can't give any advice on what to keep her on, as I have yet to delve into this very cute species. Best of luck with her.
