    exo terra incubator

    does anyone have any experience with the exo terra incubator if so are they any good to use?

    For the price you could make something much better and bigger.

    Those are so small that a 6 quart egg box will not fit in them, you need to incubate one clutch in several deli cup.

    This means you might fit a clutch or two at the very most and than you will have outgrow it.

    I would recommend building your own or investing a little more to get something you can grow into and not something that will be obsolete in one season

    well the thing is i already got one i only paid 85 bucks i was just wondering if i should resell it to buy a different one or will this get the job done?

    Ive used to for 2 years and havent lost any eggs. You do have to split up clutches, but I can fit 30 eggs in there so it definitely holds more than 1-2 clutches.

    The things to watch out for:

    1. It reads the temp as 3-4F higher than it actually is.
    2. The fan only comes on when the heat is on so adding another fan keeps you from having a temperature gradient.

    Overall I love mine! Especially because it cools as well and it gets really hot here in FL.
