I have a small food bowl in his enclosure so his food doesn't get lost in the substrate. Yesterday morning I noticed him hanging down and staring as his bowl for a long time. So I opened his door, dropped a rodent into his bowl, and he snatched it right up. It was so cute. I can't get over how expressive these guys are
He had it down in no time. Big feed lump to the left of this pic.

I made beginner mistake thinking how laid temperament my Stripe one have and put my open hand on front of him when he was evidently waiting for food.
Bastadro tag me between my thumb and rest of palm and immediately I've started bleeding from 3 punctures.
He hide right away knowing that he was behaving badly but i forgive him right away
