So i purchased this lesser and received her today. Open the box to notice her bubbling at the mouth. I didn't panic figured it was just from shipping and it would go away in a couple days... So I gave her a couple hours in her setup because im sure she was stressed and i just took her out to check her out a little more and discovered this...
she was also listed at 1700g and when i weighed her she was 1200 maybe she was that weight at some point because she seems pretty thin to me..
I don't know how to approach the situation and was wondering if you guys could help me... I contacted a vet and there willing to check her out... It almost looks like one of her hemipenes is inverted IDK what does it look like to you... Im going to give it the weekend before i contact the seller i just sent him a couple txts about the issue and going to give him a call on monday.. Im not going to point any fingers or list any names because im not like that..

I don't see how anyone could make mistakes like that. You can tell it is VERY skinny, probable URI, cloacal injury and the weight isn't anywhere near what the seller claimed it to be. I'd understand if it was 1,600g, that is fair enough, but there is a 500g discrepancy here. That is almost 1/3 of its weight missing! That is a MAJOR difference! I'd love to hear the sellers side of this story.
I'm a nice guy too, but I would throw a fit! I would never conduct such shady business. It sounds to me like this seller is playing you for a fool.
You need to document everything and contact the seller ASAP! Tell them you are not happy with this situation. If the seller offers to have you ship the snake back, you should probably take them up on that offer.
This animal is not what you paid for. Don't let the seller get over on you.

I second the comments that she looks like she dropped eggs recently (mine lose ~25% of their prelay weights). The bubbling indicates a fairly advanced RI (would not have happened that quickly just during overnight shipping). Also, she wouldn't have hemipenes, only males do.
Normally I advocate working through it with the seller, but in this situation, I would insist that he send a prepaid return shipping label and give either a full refund or a partial one and ship her back once she is healthy, IF you are set on having her. Do not spend your personal money on vet visits, since it does not appear that the seller has earned the benefit of the doubt in reimbursing your expenses.
