    The turtles come up to bask on the sand for hours and hours in the afternoon. There have been large turtles every time we have visited that particular beach, which is a little bit hidden, but not hard to find.

    Nice shots, I'm headed to Maui in 2 months :-) hopefully I have better success with herps there than I did in the rainforests of Panama this past November / December. . .
