I use to be (a few years back) I would ride 20-30 miles a night 3 nights a week.

Back when I lived up north I enjoyed mountain biking but there are no mountains (or even hills) here in Florida

I actually just got done with a short, slow ride to loosen up. I really need a new bike though. Mine is older than me.

I literally just got off my road bike. Getting ready for the spring criterium season. I'll be starting to do two-a-days M-W-F of next week with regular morning group hammer fests the other two days.

Several of the guys in my morning group never took any time off this winter and are already rounding into good form. They're laying a beat down on the rest of us right now.
