You probably should! Sepsis has stayed really small and has been in a 24 x 18 x 12 Exo for most of his life, but when he gets big enough, I'm planning to keep him in something like a 421Coupe from Boaphile or a 36 x 24 Vision. Care isn't much different than balls, but bloods like it cooler, with more humidity.
They're a nice alternative to a ball for people that want something a little larger but still manageable.

He's an '11 hatch, and is just now approaching 18". I keep him 80-86F, constant 60% humidity. He's an incredibly mellow, easy-going snake, and has totally won me over to the blood python addiction. I'm in the process of looking into acquiring a brongersmai; just need to negotiate for space when it grows up! Sepsis will be much more manageable, since his father was only 4.5ft.
