You probably should! Sepsis has stayed really small and has been in a 24 x 18 x 12 Exo for most of his life, but when he gets big enough, I'm planning to keep him in something like a 421Coupe from Boaphile or a 36 x 24 Vision. Care isn't much different than balls, but bloods like it cooler, with more humidity.
They're a nice alternative to a ball for people that want something a little larger but still manageable.
