    Where to buy a Blood?

Those of you who read my Boa post know that I actually went to the reptile shop looking for a Blood... well I'm still looking for one and am wondering what breeders are out there. Google brought up a few but not as many as I would like to compare. I am most interested in Black bloods but any good blood breeder that you can recommend me would be welcomed.

    Thanks
    ~Aaron

I am also in the market for a blood, I have not exactly narrowed it down specifically to what I want yet (color, gender, age, etc) however I have been referred to a few people who have been VERY nice and have very good solid reputations:

    Nick Bottini - Cold-Blooded Earth
    Joel Acosta - Bloodtrail Pythons
and of course Kara at Bloodpythons.com

Those are the 3 I am considering purchasing from just as soon as I figure out what I want. I am torn between a blonde blood, a dark borneo, or a matrix. Just FYI, an Ivory is what I REALLY want but its just not in the cards financially right now. However, I CAN afford the ingredients...

I am planning to go to the next Repticon show in Tampa to see some bloods in person....to get a better feel for what I want before I decide to "shop online". Something that is really important to me, since I am an experienced ball keeper but a very inexperienced blood keeper, is that I get something that is tame. And I know all 3 of the people I mentioned above are very honest in telling the personalities of their stock...and I feel comfortable ordering from any of them.

Best of luck! If you get one be sure to post pics

    Thanks,

You wouldn't happen to know the date for the next repticon in tampa would you? I have handled a blood at a local reptile shop here in Orlando but it was just a juvi... so I would also like to get my hands on an adult before I order one online.

I got my het T+ girl at NARBC 2010 from Rich Crowley. Great guy, great animals. Check him out at http://www.richcrowleyreptiles.com/

There are some great guys on these forums with bloods, but I don't know if they have anything available this time of year. 2kdime and K-Mart come to mind, they have some spectacular red bloods.
