    yeah the pits are pretty impressive! the name Pituophis is derived from this behavior.

    I shot this awesome pic of Pearl a few days ago with my new camera. I am very pleased with how it turned out, and I have to say, colubrids are a lot more fun to photograph than ball pythons!
