What handsome boys!! Is it just me, or does it look like Zeke will be extra large, even for a dane? He looks HUGE already!!
How patient are they with posting? Looks like their ears will turn out really nice!

Zeke is definitely a big boy! Murdock is getting really close to him in height, and actually weighs a little more, but Zeke just has that especially tall look to him. Their sire was 39" and 180 lbs, so we anticipate that both of them will be very substantial, with Zeke ultimately being the larger of the two.
They are soooooooooooo ridiculously good about their ears, and let us post them with very very little fuss. I'll get some pics next time we take their ears down...both boys have very long show crops & they are just shmexy! 
The nail grinding sessions every 7-10 days are a little more dramatic. I wish they'd approach nail trimming with the same aplomb they do their ear posting . Oh well, in the grand scheme of things it could be much worse.

LOL, thank you! Believe it or not, we actually have them on a "slow growth" diet to help avoid any developmental problems that Danes (and other giants) are subject to when fed improperly. Both boys are fed 100% raw, with a balance of raw meaty bones, organ meats, muscle meats & tripe, from turkey, chicken, beef, bison, venison & lamb. They're also on 1000mg of vitamin C a day. Come to think of it, our dogs *may* eat better than we do!

Beautiful pups but man you are nuts! Two giant puppies, I don't know how people do that. I can't deal with one and always adopt adults to avoid puppyhood. Can't wait to see them out of tapes, hopefully they stand quickly for you guys.
