Good luck getting an e-mail response.

They do not have recessed bottoms.

An ultratherm can be used with them.

I ordered a ball room rack a few weeks ago. high quality caging but there is more of a waiting period than other manufacturers. also don't wait on an email response; the best way to reach Jeff is by phone. he's picked up every time I have called and answered questions.

there seems to be a lot of traffic about boaphile recently

As stated, call them for any questions, I've had zero luck getting an email response.

My rack from them is incredible.
