Yeah, spiders, scorpions and pretty much any bug. Crickets and stuff do not bother me, but other than, I'm out! Weird because I have a pet rose hair tarantula. I don't hold it, though! Eww!!!
Not a fan of lots of other pets, but they do not fighten me.

i hardly ever visit either..it feels like a trap of some sort
where you looking to move to?
My wife and I both grew up in Kansas City and have family and friends there. She ended up in Jersey through her first marriage and after that split up and we reconnected, we dated long distance for a year before I moved out here. It's always been our intention to get back to Kansas City, but we have to go through legal hurdles over child custody to get there...

I can tell you that it SEEMS pretty popular with the high school aged kids... I only go in there, get what I need and get out as fast as I can.
Theres a reason the bridges collect their tolls to leave, but not to get in
It's popular because its the closest one in the area, most people would prefer to go to Hamilton (sp?)

I dont mind bugs or birds. The only thing that freaks me out is sharks. Mostly because i saw the lower half of a guy on the beach when i was 14. Had been eaten by a shark. Funny things is that i got licensed to scuba dive bec they still fascinate me, even tho i'd probably soil my wetsuit if one actually swam up. Its weird, its like i want to see one but i'm scared too, mostly when floating on top. Down under, not as freaked out.

im terrified of being out in the ocean, not because of sharks just the unknown. anything can come from beneath and you wont see it,the vulnerability and the unknown. i wouldnt let that fear ruin a potential good experience though

But snakes, a couple years ago, I was just bothered by them... I mean, I was curious about them, but I never wanted to hold one. Pet yes... That was fine... Just had to keep their heads away...
That stopped when my older brother got his Ball Python baby...
Spider still kinda creep me out... Mostly the smaller ones, so Trantulas aren't a problem...
PS: I actually was able to put my snake around my neck today I didn't think I'd be able to for awhile since that was the one thing that I was still iffy about. Still not too keen on his face in mine... He tried going into my mouth today
I absolutely hate spiders and ticks. I had a tarantula when I was a kid but it turns out I'm very much allergic to those little hairs on them. I know they irritate everybody but my mom had to take me to the doc shortly afterIhandled mine so donated him to a friend after that. And ticks are just nasty lil bloodsuckers. oh yeah and leaches to.
