Pictures of fake rockwall and beardie

I made this rockwall background, basking ledge, and lid for a 40 gallon breeder tank. I received this beardie for free from a friend that no longer wanted to care for him. Before I took him he had no access to proper lighting or diet. He has improved greatly since I took him in July. He now eats his fruits, veggies, and anything that moves. I believe he is a leucistic, it looks like he has pigment on his legs but it is stained from the sand substrate he was on. He has now started to shed and is becoming even more handsome.

    Enjoy the pictures.

Sorry about the horrible lighting I had available for the tank pictures, it looks much better in person. Hopefully I can capture some more accurate pics in the near future. Here is my little dude (now gaining a ton of weight) enjoying some natural Arizona light a few weeks ago.

It's amazing what a little knowledge and effort will do for a species. You've got to love those beardie personalities!

    Red Tegu (Kitty)

I made it out of blue styrofoam, grout, and minwax sealant.
