    Is this a good pastel?

Is this a good pastel? How much do you think I should pay for?

It's probably the best pastel female I've found. I think... Not having much luck on finding good looking females. If I get this one, I want to feel sure about every thing, the quality, the price.

The seller doesn't have that info listed so idk, but I'm really considering buying her.

She's a pastel mix, so she might not get as bright as the lemon pastels NERD usually produces. Either way, I think she looks nice. You pretty much can't go wrong with anything from NERD Her price is more than fair. NERD charges a bit more because they can. They have great looking animals and great quality. The shipping is also included in that, so she's about $50 less than the price listed.

I had one heck of a time last year trying to find a nice looking female. I don't know what was with last season's pastel girls!

Way to go Steph in researching for the snake-in-question's info.

I say its more that fair for her price tag, knowing that she's from a very reputable breeder. Her brownout line is already visible yet still looks good coz it isnt that bad compared to other browned out pastels since she's still yellow (just like a different tone of yellow). Ive seen specimens like that that turn into adult, and believe me they still look good.

She's pretty. I bet she's brighter in person too cause the picture looks dark. NERD has nice stuff for sure. Check out Royal Constrictor Designs, Garrick had some smokin' pastels too.

Re: Is this a good pastel?

Alright so I have $525 left to get two snakes. So I'm leaning towards this pastel unless I can find a better cheaper one(doubtful) and maybe a mojove girl I saw on kingsnake.

Only thing about this snake in particular is that my gf didnt like it. I take that as some one who isn't into morphs seeing it for what it is. I think the snake is ok but there are not many options out there right now. Ive seen other pastels that were cheaper but they were so brown.

Well, with Pastels and a few other if you buy cheap you get cheap, if you buy quality, you pay for quality.

I can pick up pastels for $75 all day long, some are as low as $50. But when I get my pastel, I want a screaming neon yellow pastel who is going to glow even as an adult. And if that means paying $200 - $250 for said pastel, so be it.

Maybe you could buy both your mojo female and a female pastel from him (i did) and only pay one shipping charge?

Could you explain this brownout line you speak of? I have two young pastels here and am interested in knowing more about how to tell their quality.
