Just hit up kingsnake or fauna classifieds to see how cheap they are.
The other reason hots tend to be inexpensive (when you're not talking about rarities like Bitis parviocula - I think I remember hearing Viperkeeper say that they're $6000 animals in one of his videos) is that there is relatively low demand. Most people don't want to keep an animal that can cause their arm to rot off or kill them if they make a small error with it.

Spilotes pullatus mexicanus and Drymarchon rubidus are in the 4 figures for colubrids.

I thought Inland Carpets were still incredibly expensive?

0.1 South Florida Kingsnake "Cromwell"
0.0.2 Crested Geckos "Duck and Drake (named by my 3 year old)"

Rough Scaled Python
I believe the Rough Scaled Python is one of the rarest. So without a doubt it would be the most expensive... Esp. since its illegal to import them to the US. Of course, many Aussie pythons make it in some how, but its still illegal. Second, would be the Boelens Python.

Exlcuding morphs and hots I'd have to also go with Boelens Pythons and Black Head Pythons. I'm sure there are more that I have not thought of yet....
