    15% of body weight help.
    So I was finally able to get a digital scale to weigh my bps so I can get feeders online. But suck at math lol. So I need help with what size to get them. They are 405 grams, 121 grams and 197 grams. What 15% of that. Lol.

    405 = 27g
    121 = 8.1g
    197 = 13.1g

    How did you come up with those numbers? You multiply the weight of the snake by .15 to find 15%, not divide by 15.

    405g x .15 = 60.75g

    121g x .15 = 18.15g

    197g x .15 = 29.55g

    Even easier: Google does simple math.

    Type "what is 15% of 405" and so on and so forth to find the answers.

    Eric

    PS - I'll trade 0.000000001% of my $100 for 0.000000001% of SnowThickness's $100 if we ship at the same time. :gj:

    This is why metric is so much easier than imperial.
    For 10% of 405 grams simply move the decimal one place to the left for 40.5 grams.
    Since 15% is half again as much as the 10% number add half of 40.5(20.25) to the original 40.5 for 60.75 grams.
    Prey items should be between 40.5 - 60.75 grams for this snake.

    Percentages have nothing to do with metric vs imperial. 10%, 15%, or 100% of anything is the same no matter what country you're measuring it in...
